Ashley will never be forgotten! There are some memories that are far too precious not to share! I have come to realize that the pain in losing a child is the most devastating trial we could ever face, however through the tears somehow I have learned to rise above the circumstance and trust in the Lord!  We have just recently celebrated Ashley's sixth year in Heaven! I know without a doubt that she is lifting her voice and singing praises to Jesus Christ! We have to realize that no matter the pain we feel in the loss of those that have gone on before us they  are not  our past but our future! There are days that some of the sweetest memories of Ashley  bring a smile to my face and then for the days I find myself missing her I know I have to find the strength to endure! All things in Heaven and earth are IN HIS TIME! Even when we can't understand what is before us, God is in control! I want to share one of the most precious of memories with you. I remember the last church service  Ashley was in, it was beautiful and touched our hearts, as the service came to a close and the altar service began, I can remember Ashley making her way  to pray with many others  and as she finished praying I could see the look of tear stained cheeks and as any mother would.. I asked if she was ok and was there something wrong and she replied with a  sweet whisper.. mama  I was just loving my God! What a memory to know that all was well with her soul! You never know what will be your last oppurtunity to kneel before the Lord, I am thankful for peace and restoration in my heart and mind! For those of you that may be experiencing  the pain of loss, I will say to you that suffering will never leave you where it finds you, You will either become bitter or better! We all have choices in this life, and I chose to be better! God has made me strong in my weakness and I am left with an abundance of lasting memories that can never be taken away!
